I tested all valve seats and found 4 intake valves leaking through. I lap in the 4 intake valves and retested. Problem solved but they should have been tested before shipping.

They fit very well and fixed the engine, they refunded the core back to me and after I replaced the exhaust manifold on the driver side the ticking went away.
Very pleased on how clean and complete the assembly is. All the machining looks great. Just installed them on the engine this evening. I'm sure they will run great!
