had what I needed, I called to verify and were very helpfull. Parts came in a well protected box with the inside lid of the box already with the return/core lable atteched. The heads look like brand new and ready to install.

The core did not match with my car model, I send the core back in order to get a refund, still working on the process of getting a refund or a credit.
