I took a couple of days To be shipped but when they finally sent it out it arrived in two days time. Well worth the wait though. I am absolutely impressed with its performance the motor I put it on had 200k miles but the bottom end was in near performing order the pistons were still tight with the new head from allied motor parts it runs and performs almost like a brand new motor more power great throttle response. I'd definitely recommend this head to any jeep owner.
Used this to replace the original head in my 98 Jeep Cherokee @ 221xxx miles. Great to find an original 0630 casting and great price on shipping showed up in a week safe and packed well. Also really liked that it wasn’t mandatory to return core so I could refurbish it and have for a backup. Dropped in easy and just had to touch up mating surface for thermostat housing on front of head. Have gone more than 50 miles over the last few days and running great and not leaking so far. Sounds like it’s running smooth. Very happy Thank you Allied.
